7-Day Refund Policy
We want you to love every tool you unlock. If a tool does not work for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund the order.
How to request a refund
- Email support@builtforcreatives.io from the address you use to sign in.
- Include your receipt number or PayPal transaction ID (or the tool name) and a short note on what went wrong.
- We reply within 2 business days and send the refund to your original PayPal payment method.
Good to know
- Refunds apply to purchases made on this site (single tools, bundles, carts and All-Access).
- When an order is refunded, access to the tools of that order is removed automatically.
- Tools you claimed free with your email-list GPT links are free, so there is nothing to refund.
- You always get back the full amount you paid.
- For fraud prevention we record sign-ins, purchases and tool usage (time, IP address, browser).
