About this tool
Every fundraiser silent auction needs one bid sheet per item, and a school gala can have sixty. These pages make them look polished and match your event: classic bid sheets with a big bidding table, sheets with a photo box, gift basket and experience package sheets, buy-it-now sheets, table display cards, bidder number cards and donor thank-you cards. Pick the sheet, the event type and the look, then click Create in ChatGPT and press Enter.
What you need
A ChatGPT account (the tool opens chatgpt.com with your prompt already pasted). Image creation must be available on your ChatGPT plan.

Questions and answers
Are prices or items filled in?
No. All item, value, starting bid and bid fields are empty, so one design works for every item at the event.
Can I sell the pages I make?
Yes. The pages are yours to print, use and sell, for example on Etsy, Teachers Pay Teachers or Creative Fabrica, or to use in your own business.
Who uses these?
PTAs, schools, churches, animal rescues, sports clubs and gala planners. Etsy sellers also sell matching fundraiser kits.
